"The scale of the practice is merely an outcome of people being ready to lead. There are many, many mini studios within the studio, each with autonomy. They handle their own hiring, manage their own business, and maintain their own books. We empower them to understand the entrepreneurial side of things, and our role then becomes that of facilitators and custodians of the values."

In conversation with Ruturaj Parikh of Matter, all five principals united on stage, for the first time, to share their learnings on what it means to run a mainstream practice while staying true to the studio’s values. Discussing the role of cross-disciplinary collaboration and the pitfalls of hierarchy in creative dialogue, they shared their vision for a future where these values live on beyond the leadership.
