"The building performs as efficiently as it looks. Naturally ventilated corridors and shared areas refduce air-conditioning use by 30 percent. Passive coooling, solar shading and water reuse systems helped the facility achieve an IGBC Platinum rating. The structure uses a mix of pre-engineered steel and insitu concrete. Finishes include masonry, exposed joints, Mangalore tile louvres and handcrafted Acacia furniture. Ever surface is chosen to weather naturally over time."
